While I was in Florida I had a brief stop in Tampa. I got the chance to do an engagement shoot for Erinn and Frank, a couple I met back in my NYC days. Their story actually has roots in Tallahassee where they both attended FSU, coincidentally at the same time I was there…though we never crossed paths in school, and they didn’t begin dating until years later while living in New York, I always liked the fact that we shared a little bit of our histories.
We started the shoot in downtown Tampa where the couple lives and works now. To my surprise the settings were gorgeous. Growing up in Miami I was used to “downtowns” being drab and grey, but Tampa’s is anything but. Filled with sculptures, parks and even a boardwalk along the water gave us an amazing backdrop to capture pictures of this happy and incredibly fun couple. xxhdlk
