Since I’ve been living abroad I done quite a few family shoots, but this one was a first. This family had a unique plan…they wanted to venture out into the streets of Bangkok and try to capture some of the nitty gritty feel that the streets can offer. I was impressed. Normally families want the the beautiful scenic safety of gardens or parks…or even their home if it gets enough light. Its not everyday you get to tell a family to ‘smile’ standing next to a durian vendor and someone selling cheap sunglasses.
Jenny, Jason and little man Charlie were up for the adventure so out and about we went. The day was hot, muggy and the sun was setting by the time we were wrapping up, but we pushed through and got some great shots to remember the day by.
